Balance, awareness, and acceptance. These are the guiding principles that have informed my practice over the years, and notions I wish to instil in those who I teach.

With clever sequencing + imagery + gentle assists, I guide you through fluid movements following the tempo of  your breath. I teach a vinyasa flow yoga inspired style with nuances of yin, which complements the session's soundtrack. Emphasis is placed on finding an alignment that accommodates your body and allows you to feel.

Learn to find the balance between activity and stillness, become aware of your body in motion, and discover the peace that comes from accepting where you are.
