In this five week program, we will explore the concept of 'non-attachment' in the context of our yoga practice. We will look for interesting and alternate paths to flow through a vinyasa, re-evaluate our alignment in certain asana, and approach familiar postures in inventive or challenging ways.

Multi-level rhythmic flow style class. Expect dynamic yet fluid movements following the tempo of your breath and the beat of the music.
Multi-level yin-informed flow style class. Strengthen and restore with a slower paced practice focussing on alignment and bodily awareness.
