Lower Body Series

In this program we will focus on activating and strengthening glutes, promoting safer movement of the hips, pelvis, and knees, all the while developing greater awareness of our foundation - the feet.


Wednesdays @ 8:00pm (MDT - Mountain Daylight Time) over 4 weeks

Week 1  (12 May) - Hips/Glutes

Week 2  (19 May)  - Pelvic Floor

Week 3  (26 May) - Knees

Week 4  (2 June) - Feet

Tempo

Every week, the pace of practice will oscillate between Allegro Flow and Lento Flow.

Allegro Flow

Multi-level rhythmic flow style class. Expect dynamic yet fluid movements following the tempo of your breath and the beat of the music.

Lento Flow

Multi-level yin-informed flow style class. Strengthen and restore with a slower paced practice focussing on alignment and bodily awareness.

$60.00 CAD per person for 4 x 45 minute livestream sessions
